Chief Risk Officer and Chief Digital Officer Qualification & experience :

Chief Risk Officer : Graduate degree with-Â (1) Professional certification in Financial Risk Manager from Global Association of Risk Professionals,Â Or (2) Professional Risk Manager Certification from PRMIA Institute;Â Or (3) Two yearsâ€™ experience as CRO in such regulated lender(s) in respect of which there is regulatory requirement of appointing CRO with Board approval.

05 yearsâ€™ experience in Corporate Credit and Risk Management at the level of Assistant General Manager or above in one or more PSBs â€˜orâ€™ having similar roles and responsibilities in one or more regulated lending entity (in the opinion of the CRO recruiting PSB and its CRO Selection Committee), with minimum experience of one year in Corporate Credit and one year in Risk Management.

Chief Digital Officer : (1) Bachelorâ€™s/ Masterâ€™s Degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology. Or (2) B. Tech Degree from a top tiered Institution.

Prior experience of minimum 15 years is required, of which at least 7 years of experience should be in Digital Banking or Fintech.

Chief Risk Officer and Chief Digital Officer Selection Process :Â Â Â

The Selection will be based on Online Test/Interview.
