Post: Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ and Executives – Sales and Operations (ESO)

Age :
- Minimum Age Limit for Executive:Â 20 Years
- Minimum Age Limit for Asst Manager:Â 25 Years
- The candidate must have been born not earlier than November 2, 1998 and not later than November 1, 2003 (both dates inclusive)
- Age relaxation is admissible as per rules.
Pay scale :
Emoluments, & Career Prospects and Service Conditions a) On joining the Bank’s services as Grade ‘O’, compensation on Cost to Company (CTC) basis would range between Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining. b) Annual increment shall be granted based on performance or any other parameters as decided by the Bank from time to time. c) The appointee would be covered under the IDBI Bank Ltd. New Pension Scheme (IBLNPS) rules, 2011, as amended / modified from time to time.
Consolidated remuneration -Executive-Sales and Operations (ESO)
Rs.29,000/- per month in the first year,
Rs.31,000/- per month in the second year
Rs.29,000/- per month in the first year,
Rs.31,000/- per month in the second year
Qualification & experience :
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% for General and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.

The Selection Process will be based on Online Test, document verification and Pre-Recruitment Medical Test.
